Service Description

Csec- stands for commercially sexually expoloited children Human trafficking- is when any person is exploited for money. Survivor is a term used for those who have survived human trafficking. Domestic violence shows up as physical, emotional, mental, and even spiritual abuse. Some S.I.S.I. network providors are survivors and trauma informed care trained to hold space via peer counseling, one on one mentorship , and ceremony to help those navigating these circumstances access healing modalities, resources, and education focused on prevention and cultural support. Although we serve everyone in the community, we acknowledge that African, African Diasporic, and American Indigenous communities historically and continually face these abuses more than other demographics, and we unapologetically center our needs.
