Our apolgies, custom orders are not available.

Refunds and returns are not accepted unless product breaks within two weeks of purchase. In such case, email sistasinserviceinternational@gmail.com with request for full refund or repair, item must be returned. Please note hand beading is a lengthy process and repair may take up to 30 days. 

All packages are shipped usps priority mail, shipping fees are included in the total price. Please allow up to 7 days to recieve your package.

Not responsible for lost packages after confirmed delivery.
